The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfy and the pillow menu was a nice touch. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
The water pressure in the shower was lacking, likely due to the previous drought. However, it didn't significantly impact our stay and we never brought it up to management.

The hotel offered a warm and welcoming service during our city break. We enjoyed the complimentary spa and snack facilities while waiting for our early check-in. The location provided stunning views of the city and the sea. The room was luxurious and comfortable with great attention to detail.
The noise from the nearby road was a slight disturbance during breakfast on the terrace. Additionally, we did not have time to enjoy the outdoor pool facilities or spa treatments which seemed to be a missed opportunity.

Minor Service Issue Although most staff were attentive and dedicated, there was a minor issue with the timing of my breakfast order, which took longer than expected. However, the selected dish was worth the wait, and the waitstaff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay.
